Step 1:-

  1. Go to "Settings" > Search for Zuper Pro App or Manager App.
  2. Click on "Location". Select "Always" from the option.


Step 2:-

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
  2. Make sure that Location Services is on.
  3. Scroll down to find the app.
  4. Tap the app and select an option:
    • Never: Prevents access to Location Services information.
    • While Using the App: Allows access to Location Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on the screen. If an app is set to While Using the App, you might see your status bar turn blue with a message that an app is actively using your location.
    • Always: Allows access to your location even when the app is in the background.

Samsung Mobile


Step 1:-

  • For devices running Pie (version 9) and up (newer devices) go to : Settings > Biometrics and security > Location > Enable location > Click on Improve Accuracy enable Wifi & Bluetooth scanning.
  • For devices running Nougat (version 7) and Oreo (version 8), go to : Settings > Connections > Location > Locating Method.


Step 2:- 

  • Go to "Settings" -> App Permissions.
  • Find Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager app on the list click on and select "Permission" and check the location is enabled.

  • From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  • Tap System settings.
  • Select the General tab.
  • Scroll down to 'Personal,' and then tap Location. If necessary, tap the Location switch to turn on.
  • Tap Mode.
  • Tap High accuracy to enable.


Redmi & XIAMOI Mobile


Step 1:- 

  • Go to "Settings" > Additional Settings
  • Click on "Privacy" > Location > Select "High Accuracy" Mode.

Step 1:-

  • You can also go to Settings > Additional Settings > Device & Privacy > Location Information > Location Service and toggle the slider to green. 


Step 2:-

  • Make sure your OPPO phone is connected to a Wi-Fi or Mobile data network with a strong signal.
  • Touch and hold to enter Location, then choose High Accuracy.
  • You may in an area with a weak satellite signal. Change your location and test again.
  • Keep a clear view in several directions. Walls, tall buildings, and other obstructions can block line of sight to GPS satellites.
  • Restart your OPPO phone and test again.

  • You can go to Settings>Location to find it. 
  • There are three modes: High accuracy, Battery saving and GPS only
  • Select High accuracy

Step - I

  • Go to "Settings" > Apps & Notifications
  • Click on "See all Apps" > Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager
  • In "App Info" click on "Permissions" > check Location is enabled.


Step - II

  • Swipe down from the very top of the screen to open the quick settings menu, then click the Location icon;
  • Sign in your Google account, then you can use Google Location Services to retrace your steps and share your locations with friends and contacts in realtime.

  • Switch on Access my location, you can

    • Use GPS only: Does not require an Internet connection. Enable this option to reduce mobile data usage.
