A new job can be created in Zuper by one of two different ways. 


  • A user can create a new job directly from the jobs page.
  • A user can create a new job from the customer details for that particular customer. 


Steps to create a new job from the Jobs: 

  • Login to Zuper Pro App, Open the side menu and click on "Jobs".

  • It will load all the existing jobs scheduled for the day. Click on the "+" button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • It will show the customers that are mapped to you or it will load the entire list of customers in Zuper.

  • Select the customer to view the details. After verifying the customer click on "Processed".

  • It will load create new job page. Fill the job title and other details.
  • Click on "Create Job" it shows the preview of the job to confirm before creating the job.


Steps to create a new job from the Customers: 

  • Login to Zuper Pro App, Open the side menu and click on "Customer".

  • it will load the entire customer list, select the customer to load the details.
  • Click on the "Jobs" tab to create the visit for the selected customer.

  • It will show all the jobs that been created for the selected customer. Click on the "+" button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • It will load create new job page. Fill the job title and other details.

  • Click on create job it shows the preview of the job for the confirmation before creating it. Click on "Create Job" to create the job.
