1) Go to "Settings" -> Search for Zuper Pro App or Manager App.

2) Click on "Location". Select "Always" from the option.


Samsung Mobile


1)  Go to "Settings" -> Applications

2) Click on three-dot menu (top right corner) -> Special Access

3) Select Optimize Battery usage ->  Find Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager app on the list and make sure that it is not selected.

Step - I

1) Go to "Settings" -> Battery

2) Click on three-dot menu (top right corner) -> Select "Battery Optimization".

3) Find Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager App in the list.

4) Tap on it. You will get a popup with 2 options, Optimise and Don't Optimise.

5) Select "Don't Optimise".


Step-II

1) Go to "Settings" -> App Manager

2) Under the "Auto-start" tab. Find Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager App in the list.

3) Enable "Auto-start".

4) Under the "Deep-Hibernate" tab. Find Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager App in the list.

5) Disable "Optimised"


Redmi & XIAMOI Mobile


1)  Go to "Settings" -> Manage App.

2) Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager and open.

3) Enable "Autostart"

4) Next click on "Other Permissions" -> Enable "Start in Background"

5) Open Settings -> Battery & Performance -> Under Battery saver click on "Choose apps" 

6) Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager and open.

7) Select "No Restrictions"


OPPO Mobile


Step - I

1) Open -> Security Center.

2) Click on Privacy Permissions.

3) Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager -> Enable the toggle button to "startup app allows".

1)  Go to "Settings"

2) Click on Application or Permission -> Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager.

3) Open app settings -> Enable "Allow Auto Startup" and "Allow Floating Window".

1)  Go to "Settings" -> More Settings.

2) Click on Applications Or Permission -> Autostart.

3) Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager -> Enable Autostart.


OnePluse Mobile


Step - I

1)  Go to "Settings" -> Apps & Notifications

2) Click on "See all Apps" -> Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager

3) In "App Info" click on "Battery" -> Click on "Background Restriction" -> if its showing "Restricted" kindly remove it.


Step - II

1)  Go to "Settings" -> Battery 

2) Select Battery Optimization -> Search for Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager -> If the option is selected as Optimize change it to "Don't Optimize"


Honor & Huawei Moblie

 

1) Go to Settings → Battery

2) Tap on the top right 3-dot menu, and choose Battery Optimisation.

3) There should be a dropdown below the action bar on the top left, choose All Apps from the list.

4) Find Zuper Pro or Zuper Manager App in the list

5) Tap on it. You will get a popup with 2 options, Optimise and Don't Optimise.

6) Select "Don't Optimise", and press "Done" below.


TECNO


1) Go to Settings ->  Apps & Notifications -> Click on "See All".

2) Scroll down to select Zuper Pro or Manager App.

3) Select Battery -> Tap on Battery Optimization.
4) You will get a popup with 2 options, Optimise and Don't Optimise.

5) Select "Don't Optimise", and press "Done" below.
