Job Reports gives you the analytic of the employees performance and helps to increase the productivity. By entering the "From Date and To Date" Zuper will generate the excel using the given date range. They are different in Job Reports, uses of each report is mentioned below one by one. 


1) Job Master Report: 


                        This report provides the basic details of the job. It provided the information of the Job Title, Job Category, Job Priority, Job Type, Scheduled Start Time, Scheduled End Time, Customer Name, Customer Phone, Customer Address, Customer Zip-code, Current Status #, Assigned Assigned To, Created at. If there is any customer fields are available in the job that will be also shown in the excel.



2) Job Status Report:


                    This report helps us to view the job by its status. Where each status will in separate sheet in excel it helps to have track on the job by its status. It provided the information of the Work Order Number, Job Title, Job Category, Job Priority, Job Type, Scheduled Start Time, Scheduled End Time, Customer Name, Customer Phone, Customer Address, Customer Zip-code, Created at. 



3) Status Summary Report:


                        This report will provide us the count of job in each status by its categories. You can see the total count of job by the filter date range that been given while exporting excel.



4) Job Status History Report:


                            This report helps to track on each job in the zuper, where you can get the details like when the status has been update along with date and time. For each job category there will be separate sheet with is corresponding status in column. 



5) Job Deviation Report:


                            This report helps us have track on each job in the zuper, where you can get the details like when job has been started and completed (in minutes). You can view the schedule and actual duration (in minutes) of every job. 



6) Job - Average Duration / Category Report :


                            This report provide details about each categories  by its total no of jobs and average duration took to complete the the total no of jobs for the given date range.



7) Job Activity Report:


                        This report provided the activities performed by the field executive in the job. it will also record the time when the job status has been changed or notes been added.


 

8) Job - Products Summary Report:


                            This report will provide the job product report. It will be useful to find which product has sold more or maintenance services. In excel it will show the Product ID, Product Name, Price and Quantity.



9) Product Details Report:


                        This Report will provide the what all product that customer has purchased. The report give the details of the job, customer name, scheduled start and end time, product ID, product name, price and quantity. 



10) Customer Feedback:

                

                        This report will provide the customer feedback about the service provided. It will be helpful to train the field executive towards the customer satisfaction of the provided services.In the excel it will show the customer details, job details, ratings and feedback.
