You can organize your field executives into different teams that helps the team leader/manager to have a track on there team growth. Each team can have different kinds of canned responses. Admin can monitor the individual team growth.

  • Login to your Zuper account as an administrator.
  • Go to the Employees > Manage Teams > New Team.
  • Give a name to your Team under Team Name. 
  • Enter a description for the group under Description
  • Once you are done, click Save.
