You can organize your field executives into different teams that helps the team leader/manager to have a track on there team growth. Each team can have different kinds of canned responses. Admin can monitor the individual team growth.
- Login to your Zuper account as an administrator.
- Go to the Employees > Manage Teams > New Team.
- Give a name to your Team under Team Name.
- Enter a description for the group under Description.
- Once you are done, click Save.
