Employee roster/scheduler can be updated only by the admin or the team leader. To update the employee schedule you need to click on employees on the left menu bar.
It will load all the employees in the company, click on the scheduler button next to the edit on the right side of the each employee. It shows a pop-up to enter the working hours time, also to mention working hours in minutes. Employee can be scheduled for a week in the roster/scheduler.
You can enable the working days of the employee by selecting the check box. Job can be assigned to the employee only if their working hours has been enable on the roster/scheduler. Only then from back office we can track the executives are on the field.
