A new employee can be created by 'admin and team leader' in two different ways in Zuper.


  • A user can create a new employee by using the shortcut option on the dashboard.
  • A user can create new employees directly from the employee's page.


Steps to create an employee from the Dashboard:

  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Click on the 'New' icon from the Menu bar on the top select 'employee' in the drop-down.
  • The new employee form will be displayed.
  • Enter the Employee Code, Designation, Name, email address, Access Role and password for login to Zuper, and fill the other details of the employee.
  • Click on 'Save Employee' to create.



Steps to create an employee from the Dashboard:

  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Click on the 'Employees' icon from the Menu bar on the left, select 'New Employee' from the employee's page.
  • A new employee form will be displayed.
  • Enter the Employee Code, Designation, Name, email address, Access Role and password for login to Zuper, and fill the other details of the employee.
  • Click on 'Save Employee' to create.
