Notes can be added by the admin or Team leader. Notes can be of any format either it can be of text or image or video or any doc.
Notes can be added to a customer at any point, Kindly follow the below steps to add noted,
1) Select the customer to which notes to be added.
2) In the customer page, click on the "Notes" tab next to the "Jobs" tab.
3) In the free text area, enter the information and click on "Choose File" to add any attachment to the notes for future reference.
The field executive can also add the notes using the Zuper Pro app.
