A new job can be assigned in Zuper by one of two different ways.


  • An user can assign the employee while creating the new job.
  • An user can assign the job to an employee after creating the job.


Steps to Assign employee while creating Job:

  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Click on 'Jobs' icon from the Menu bar on the left, select 'New Job' in the drop-down.
  • The new job form will be displayed.
  • Enter the Customer's name and fill the job details.
  • Under the assign employees tab, select the team and assign the one or multiple employees to the job.
  • Then preview the job information, Once the job is been saved. It will be assigned to the field executive.  




Steps to Assign employee after job is been created:


  • Log in to Zuper Account.
  • Click on 'Jobs' icon from the Menu bar on the left, select the job which has been not assigned to the employee.
  • Open the job details and click on 'update' under the assigned employees on the right side on the job details page.
  • It will show the pop-up with list of teams and its respective field executives.
  • Click on 'Assign or Assign all' to add the field executive for the job.
